Mark Pryor

Mark J. Pryor (SEG, IOD, FGS, SACNASP) has been appointed as the Company’s Technical Advisor of US Exploration. Mark is a geologist with a 40-year track record of successfully advancing multiple precious metal, copper, coal, rare earths and lithium projects from discovery through to exploitation. Mark is currently Executive Vice President of Exploration for a private US exploration group.
Mark graduated from Aberdeen University, Scotland, with a degree in Geology & Mineralogy and has worked for international mining companies such as Anglo American, Placer Dome and Antofagasta as well as various private and public companies in the Americas, Africa, the former Soviet Union and Asia.
Mark is currently non-executive director of Aston Bay Holdings and Kingsmen Resources Ltd., both TSX.V listed public companies. On July 14, 2025, Meryllion announced that it had entered into a lease and option agreement with Bull Mountain Resources LLC (“BMR”) in respect of the Makenzie gold/silver/antimony project. Mark introduced the Company to BMR and its exploration projects.

Ian E Neilson (BSc MSc R.P. Geo MSEG MAIG MGSA) is Structural geologist with a proven track record of Project Generation to Discovery with significant global exploration and mining experience in orogenic gold, porphyry copper, economic mineralization systems and base-metal deposits, >20-years as a consultant for Jigsaw Geoscience, Model Earth and PGN Geoscience working on numerous projects for clients that include Newmont, First Quantum Minerals, BHP, Newcrest Mining, Placer Dome, KCGM and many others. As Chief Geologist for First Au Limited (ASX: FAU), in early 2023 he discovered an entirely new economic Gold system in Eastern Victoria at the Haunted Stream Project in Eastern Victoria arising from his Generative Project Work. Further discoveries from 3D mapping and target generation resulted in the discovery and subsequent development of KCGM’s Hidden Secret UG Gold Mine in Kalgoorlie in 2016. His ongoing Structural geological work and drill targeting has contributed significant value to several major Victorian gold explorers including Catalyst Metals and Kalamazoo Resources. He is the Co-Founder and Economic Structural Geologist for Model Earth Pty Ltd, Executive Director of GeoAugment, an emerging cutting-edge technology industry service provider and Chief Geologist of First Au Limited(ASX: FAU).
Qualified Person:
Ian E. Neilson, MSc, is a consultant to Meryllion Resources Corporation and is its Technical Advisor. Mr. Neilson is a “qualified person” for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and he has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical disclosure contained in this presentation.
Mr. Neilson is a Registered Professional Geologist #10222 and member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Society of Economic Geologists. Mr. Neilson declares in accordance with the transparency principles of the JORC Code that he has a personal financial interest in the transaction referred to in this presentation in that he controls Mylonite Pty Ltd, an entity which owns 50% of the issued shares of Westbury Resources Pty Ltd (“Westbury”) and 50% of the issued shares in Tasmanian Strategic Green Metals Pty Ltd (“TSGM”). Mr. Neilson has sufficient experience that is relevant to the style of mineralization and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity undertaken to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
